Find help with Creative Learning Worlds downloads, printing, personalized products, and digital journals.
Find your download
Check the email address used for your order, including your spam or promotions folder. If you cannot find your delivery email or a link does not open, contact us with your order number and the product name.
Print your feelings cards
Use the paper size named in your PDF: A4 or US Letter. Choose 100% / Actual size and turn off “Fit to page.”
Follow the page ranges on your Start Here page. Print card pages together, double-sided, with Flip on long edge. Print the matching sheet single-sided. Check the first front/back pair before printing the remaining cards.
Cut at the corner marks. Lamination is optional; leave a sealed border when trimming. If the backs do not line up, check that both sides use the same paper size, scale, and orientation.
Personalization corrections
If a name, language, or image needs attention, contact us with your order number, the affected card or page, and a short description. Please do not send child photographs through the general contact form. We will explain how to provide any additional material needed.
Open your digital journal
For Firebot, Maribot, Penny Plastibot, or the Trilogy Collection, use the access information supplied with your purchase. Journal access is separate from your store account.
